Are Singaporeans Gracious and Socially Responsible? Discuss.

Courtesy is one of the main verbs to describe singaporeans. Letting the elderly have your seat in the train or bus, waiting and letting the passengers out before they alight or even giving way while driving. I do agree there are times that Singaporeans may slip and behave rudely in public, but that is just human nature. Almost everyone does that. No one's perfect in the world. However i still agree that Singaporeans are gracious and socially responsible Citizens. Instant gratification is all around us. Most of us would not even wait for 10 seconds for the computer to load a website. Due to that, us being eager to have everything right away, it makes us not think and slip up causing us to be irresponsible.
